These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Corfu Transfer Ikaros website and our services. By accessing our website or booking a transfer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Reservation Policy
Booking Process: To make a reservation, please provide the necessary information, including your full name, email address, phone number, pick-up and drop-off locations, date and time of your transfer, and the number of passengers.
Confirmation: Upon successful completion of your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary information. Please review the details carefully and contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancies.
Changes and Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee availability for changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled transfer. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled transfer are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled transfer are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Passenger Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards our drivers and other passengers. Corfu Transfer Ikaros reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the transfer if a passenger’s behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe.
Liability: Corfu Transfer Ikaros is not liable for any delays or missed transfers caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic congestion, road closures, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen events. In the event of any loss or damage to your personal belongings during the transfer, our liability will be limited to the actual value of the lost or damaged items, up to a maximum amount determined by applicable law.
Complaints and Disputes: If you have any complaints or concerns about our services, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of your transfer. We will work diligently to address your concerns and find a satisfactory resolution. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Greece.
By booking a transfer with Corfu Transfer Ikaros, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
